Plan of attack

This week my goal is to exercise a minimum of 3 times. I have 1 week left of my bootcamp deal. So I've decided to go to the Tuesday and Thursday classes at 8:00pm and Wednesday at 5:30am. Wednesday I can't stay for the whole thing because I'd be cutting it close with work.

As for food. I have to hit the grocery store up to replenish a few dwindling things such as..

fruits
tomatoes
cholula
milk
chicken

and that should be it.

My goal is to continue tracking everything I eat. I have been shooting for about 1200 calories a day give or take and that seems to be working for me. I use the my fitness pal app on my i phone. It's really convenient and super easy to use.

I started this month at 218 lbs and I am now at 211. I'd like to be at 208 or 209 by the time this month ends. Getting so much closer to being under 200 lbs!!!! YES!
